Andrea Persico
Consultant, Amped Consulting
Andrea Persico is an energy consultant with a broad interest in renewable energy and a focused speciality on EV Charging. Tasmania based, she works with government and business across Australia on fleet transition and EV policy, with a varied work experience across the SME and non profit sector. She's the founder of Electrify Tasmania, and is passionate about social equity within energy transition.
Todd Houstein

Sustainable Living Tasmania
Todd Houstein leads SLT in its mission to help organisations of all kinds to contribute effectively to securing a safe climate. Todd is a lead author of the Tasmanian State of the Environment Report; is assisting the City of Hobart to set science-based climate targets and explore emissions reduction pathways; helping Mona to measure and reduce their emissions.
Anthony Broese Van Groenou
Director, Good Car Company
Anthony is a founding director at the Good Car Company.
He aims to bring affordable electric cars to Tasmania and Australia by directly importing used cars from Japan and the UK. He is motivated by a vision for an equitable transition to 100% clean energy.
Laura Jones
Lead Analyst, Director
Australian National University | Circular PV Alliance
Laura Jones is the Lead Analyst at the Battery Storage and Grid Integration Program, Australian National University. Laura develops battery innovations such as software to aggregate residential batteries into virtual power plants. Laura is also a founding director of Circular PV Alliance which aims to mainstream the re-use, recycle and up-cycle of solar PV panels across Australia.

Ahmet Bektas is an advocate for a more sustainable planet. Ahmet established Teros to provide people with solutions that help them live sustainably. Through Teros, he encourages mindful buying choices and actively contributes to climate and conservation projects, embodying the company's core purpose of fostering a profound love for the Earth.
Sarah Bury
Director, This is Electric
Sarah Bury is a founding Director of This is Electric, a social enterprise that aims to increase electric charging density in regional parts of Tasmania and Australia. This is Electric works with local communities, schools and businesses to install charging stations and provide community education on their use.

Jack Redpath, Founder & Principal at Carbon Zero Initiative
Jack has worked on nature, climate change and decarbonisation for over a decade. His work in Tasmania includes successful community power initiatives to install PV photovoltaics (Repower UTAS) and with UTAS to begin its journey to divestment and carbon neutrality. His nature based stakeholder engagement work allowed him to develop connections with dozens of community based organisations around Tasmania.
Jack is the founder and Principal at Carbon Zero Initiative, a new Tasmanian purpose driven organisation. Carbon Zero Initiative works to accelerate the transition to clean energy and mitigate global heating, while minimising impacts to people and nature. It does this by building trust and relationships, and facilitating exchange of information and research between communities, businesses and governments.
